Wellness & Beyond was established in 2020 with a mission: to bring peace, harmony within yourself & focus on your energy & intentions.  I started collecting healing crystals, meditating, manifesting & allowing to have an open mind to any sensations that comes my way, especially as 2020 was such a challenging year for most of us. I learned to be in the moment, observe and experience. With this, it inspired me to share my passion.
